About Water Plus
Water Plus is a joint venture between Severn Trent and United Utilities, formed in 2016 after approval from the Competition and Markets Authority. It took on the business customers of both companies across the Midlands and the North West.
It holds an Ofwat licence for England and, since November 2021, its Scottish licences sit with Water Plus Limited too.

Whichever retailer you choose, your water and sewerage still come from your regional water company. In Wales, only sites using at least 50 megalitres a year can choose their retailer.
