About Everflow
Everflow is an independent business water retailer based in the North East of England. It isn't the retail arm of a regional water company: it was set up as a new business when competition came to the water market.
The company was incorporated in June 2015 and won a Scottish retail licence from the Water Industry Commission for Scotland that October, before the English market opened. It applied to Ofwat for its English licence in early 2017, ready for the market opening that April.

Whichever retailer you choose, your water and sewerage still come from your regional water company. In Wales, only sites using at least 50 megalitres a year can choose their retailer.

Thinking about Everflow? Here's how we can help
At Black Sheep Utilities, we're an independent business energy and water broker, not part of Everflow or any other retailer. Your regional water company looks after the pipes and the water itself. Your retailer handles your bills, meter reads and customer service, and that's the part you can switch.
- Compare suitable retailers: when your contract is up, we compare Everflow with the retailers that cover your area and present the options that best suit your business.
- Handle the switch: we do the leg work from start to finish, so your water keeps flowing and you don't have to chase anyone.
- Check your bills: our team looks for errors and estimated reads, and we'll take it up with your retailer for you if something's wrong.
You don't have to do it alone. Find out more about our business water service, or give us a call.

- LOA (Letter of Authority)
- A document you sign that lets us act for you, including talking to your current supplier and other suppliers and getting your meter information. Ours is a level 1 LOA: it lets us help with your contracts, bills and supplier queries, but not enter into a contract on your behalf. Only you can agree a contract.
