What we do for you

• We compare prices and arrange your contracts. For your business electricity, gas and water.
• We check your bills. Every customer gets bill validation: we check your bills against your contract rates and your recorded usage, and take up any errors with the supplier.
• We look after you between renewals. Renewal reminders and timetables, multi-site accounts, and a dedicated retentions team for existing customers.
• We start your renewal early. Normally up to 12 months before your contract ends, so you have the choice of a forward price and time to wait for a better one.
• We deal with suppliers when things go wrong. If you're stuck with a supplier, we sort it out for you.
• We work with schools and academy trusts, as well as businesses of every size.

How we work

• You see our commission. We tell you what we're paid, in full and in writing, before you sign a contract.
• We only ask for the access we need. Our Letter of Authority covers your data and quotes only. We never use a "level 2" letter that would let us sign or agree a contract for you.
• We're members of the Energy Consultants Association (ECA).
• You have somewhere to go if you're unhappy. We're members of an alternative dispute resolution scheme with the Energy Ombudsman. See our complaints process.
• We help shape the rules. We sit on the TPI (third-party intermediary) working group and meet Ofgem regularly. Ofgem doesn't currently license energy brokers.
