About Pozitive Water
Pozitive Water was First Business Water until 2024. It was incorporated in May 2017 and granted an Ofwat retail licence that year, as an independent retailer rather than the retail arm of a regional water company.
PE, the business energy supplier behind Pozitive Energy, bought First Business Water in February 2023 and renamed it Pozitive Water. The company number stayed the same, so existing contracts carried on as before.

- Scotland: does not supply
- Wales: only very large sites can switch in Wales
Whichever retailer you choose, your water and sewerage still come from your regional water company. In Wales, only sites using at least 50 megalitres a year can choose their retailer.
